A Successful St Mirren’s Collection!

25th February 2026

On Saturday 1st February, St Mirren fans did something that went far beyond the final whistle.

Ahead of the match against Dundee at The SMiSA Stadium, supporters turned up with their arms full, donating 51 crates of food weighing an incredible 721kg, alongside a bucket collection that raised £2,052.37 in cash.

That’s significantly more than last year’s total of £1,289.15, and as a result we’re every bit as proud of it as anything on the pitch.

This would not have been possible without the Renfrewshire Foodbank volunteers, the van team who transported 51 crates safely back to the warehouse and the St Mirren Football Club and their fans who donated.
